Northbound lanes of Highway 99 tunnel blocked after crash
The northbound lanes of the Highway 99 tunnel were blocked Friday morning after a crash, officials said. The Seattle Police Department said on X just after 9:30 a.m. that it was Prius that flipped over in the tunnel. The tunnel reopened about 10:30 a.m., police said.
